Location: Hybrid, Dublin, Ireland (Expectation to be present in the Dublin office for collaboration and training).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate a net new logo pipeline and drive repeatable bookings.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with C-suite decision-makers in prospect accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Collaborate with the Okta ecosystem, including xDRs, Partners, and Presales, to open new opportunities.
  • Utilize a value-based sales approach to bring a compelling point of view to customers.
  • Travel as necessary to build and maintain customer and prospect relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level executives.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Local language skills are required.
