What you will do

  • Partner with customers to define success criteria and build tailored engagement plans to achieve security goals.
  • Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity awareness to design and execute internal safety cultures.
  • Lead Business Reviews to demonstrate tangible ROI and security improvements.
  • Synthesize user feedback and share actionable insights with the Product Development team to influence the roadmap.
  • Monitor health scores and adoption trends to proactively support at-risk customers.
  • Guide the deployment of awareness campaigns optimized for high engagement and behavioral change.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English required.
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and communicating value delivery.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Madrid for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian.
