What you will do

  • Own end-to-end renewals and expansions for an international customer portfolio.
  • Develop commercial strategies per account, including pricing, terms, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
  • Drive on-time renewals and manage accurate forecasting within CRM tools.
  • Early identify and mitigate at-risk renewals to protect recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, Spanish, and French (Must-Have).
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience owning revenue targets, ARR, or quota-based goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly regarding pricing and renewals.
  • Ability to navigate procurement processes and complex contract negotiations.
  • Structured, data-driven approach with strong forecasting capabilities.
