What you will do
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects within target markets.
- Execute outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to share insights on market trends and prospect feedback.
- Refine and adjust outreach strategies based on continuous feedback loops.
- Monitor and report KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a strong track record of securing net-new business meetings.
- Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals.
- Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies.
- Experience building and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
