What you will do

  • Research and identify potential leads and prospects within target markets.
  • Execute outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to share insights on market trends and prospect feedback.
  • Refine and adjust outreach strategies based on continuous feedback loops.
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a strong track record of securing net-new business meetings.
  • Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals.
  • Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
