What you will do
- Identify and connect with potential suppliers to establish strong partnership relationships.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support product expansion.
- Manage and support the onboarding and integration process for new partners.
- Expand the supplier network in LATAM through event attendance and opportunity exploration.
- Work closely with C-level executives to align partnership activities with business strategy.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency; Portuguese is a bonus.
- Strong skills in relationship building and negotiation.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Interest in the fintech industry and LATAM payment systems.
- Comfortable using Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
