TL;DR
Account Executive, Commercial, DACH (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and pipeline expansion for strategic customers in the DACH region with an accent on full-cycle sales and product demonstrations. Focus on developing sales playbooks, identifying business challenges, and scaling 's adoption across EMEA.
Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (In-office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts on collaboration and productivity tools.
- Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand prospective customers' business challenges and goals.
- Run product demos to close business and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
- Iterate on sales motions and help build internal sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with the EMEA user base to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong communication and compelling presentation skills.
- Must be based in Dublin to support the hybrid office culture (Anchor Days).
