TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial, DACH (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and pipeline expansion for strategic customers in the DACH region with an accent on full-cycle sales and product demonstrations. Focus on developing sales playbooks, identifying business challenges, and scaling hirify.global's adoption across EMEA.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (In-office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts on collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand prospective customers' business challenges and goals.
  • Run product demos to close business and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • Iterate on sales motions and help build internal sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA user base to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong communication and compelling presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dublin to support the hybrid office culture (Anchor Days).

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Experience in partner-led sales and quarterly sales planning.
  • Expertise in new logo acquisition.
