What you will do

• Act as a forward-deployed lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at client locations.
• Own post-sale delivery, including workflow discovery, solution configuration, and rollout across clinical operations.
• Build relationships with healthcare staff, executives, and IT teams as a trusted advisor.
• Train nursing and clinical teams on AI tools to ensure sustained adoption.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on client feedback.
• Establish and track success metrics regarding patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing (drug screening, vaccinations).
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
