Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base plus annual bonus potential

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
  • Drive product utilization and nurse engagement to improve patient-centered care outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues on the Patient Engagement Platform.
  • Lead projects for system content and configuration requests.
  • Develop and execute strategic clinical outcomes achievement plans.
  • Deliver training programs and facilitate participation in research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4-6 years of military work experience.
  • Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
  • Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
  • Occasional travel to Bethesda, MD headquarters.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience.
  • Previous project management and training experience.
  • Military background (veterans encouraged to apply).
