Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base plus annual bonus potential

What you will do
- Manage relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
- Drive product utilization and nurse engagement to improve patient-centered care outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues on the Patient Engagement Platform.
- Lead projects for system content and configuration requests.
- Develop and execute strategic clinical outcomes achievement plans.
- Deliver training programs and facilitate participation in research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4-6 years of military work experience.
- Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
- Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
- Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
- Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
- Occasional travel to Bethesda, MD headquarters.

- Clinical experience.
- Previous project management and training experience.
