Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial site kickoffs to successful clinical go-lives.
• Act as the primary liaison between hospital teams and the company to ensure successful product implementation.
• Perform base-level troubleshooting, including configuring scanner protocols and ensuring test scans process correctly.
• Coordinate technical onboarding and server deployments, streamlining HL7/PACS integrations and DICOM protocols.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers to evaluate utilization, performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and coach clinical teams through training and follow-up sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare or health-tech.
• Extensive experience working directly with hospitals and healthcare IT departments.
• Strong background in clinical imaging, neurovascular environments, or healthcare-focused IT.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to work occasional odd hours to meet hospital deployment needs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in dynamic worklist prioritization within RIS/PACS environments.
• Experience with modality-to-PACS connectivity and DICOM configuration.
• Expertise in Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu).
• Professional Project Management certification.
