Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding execution for customers purchasing RCM services across new implementations and expansions.
• Configure billing processes and system settings to ensure accurate RCM service delivery.
• Manage structured handoff processes to the Revenue Cycle Success Manager to ensure service continuity.
• Drive process improvements to reduce onboarding cycle time and eliminate friction for scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor and maintain onboarding KPIs, including velocity and setup accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, revenue cycle operations, or billing.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, payer contracts, and healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.

Nice to have

• SaaS implementation or professional services experience.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems or RCM service models.
• Experience operating in KPI-driven environments.
