What you will do

  • Execute global talent management programs, including goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of program design based on metrics, organizational needs, and user experience.
  • Coordinate complex workstreams across HRBPs, People Systems, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Partner with the People Systems team to optimize and configure talent tools and systems.
  • Manage data flow and analytics to distill actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with L&D and Internal Communications to develop and refresh training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on talent management or leadership development.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in performance management, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in data analytics using tools like MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing HR programs within creative, technology, or gaming industries.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite functionality.
  • Deep understanding of the intersection between performance management, assessments, and compensation.
