Location: Onsite in New Ross, Ireland

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to meet site-specific objectives and expectations.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and coaching to site leadership on talent management, succession planning, and leadership best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and federal employment laws, as well as internal HR compliance requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute staffing strategies for both direct and indirect labor.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and implement sustainable change management plans.
- Analyze HR metrics, such as turnover and engagement, to inform strategic decision-making and improve associate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing others.
- Minimum 3 years of on-site manufacturing HR support experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of country and local labor and employment laws.
- Proficiency with MS Office and integrated HRIS applications.
Nice to have
- Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience with Workday HRIS.
- Experience leading transformation programs in both union and non-union environments.
