What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on team effectiveness, leadership, and employee engagement.
• Design performance management processes, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and evaluation.
• Oversee the full talent management lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and succession planning.
• Drive leadership development and improve the quality of people management across the company.
• Analyze HR metrics (eNPS, turnover, hiring effectiveness) to provide strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HRBP.
• Experience within gamedev, IT, product, tech, or digital spheres.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience collaborating with C-level executives and founders.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and tools (HRIS, ATS, performance review tools).
• High level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
