Salary: $105,336 – $169,970 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Workplace lead for the New York hub, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, workplace budgets, facilities coordination, and office maintenance.
• Design, plan, and execute team gatherings, company-wide programs, and offsites.
• Partner with IT to ensure workstations, meeting spaces, and AV systems are fully operational.
• Support employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global leadership to shape workplace strategy and maintain consistency across hubs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or event planning.
• Proven ability to independently manage a workplace environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong vendor and budget management experience with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in New York to serve as the primary on-site representative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
