Location: Must be based in Florida (Orlando, Miami, Tampa, and surrounding areas) with ability to travel up to 75%
Salary: $110,000 (Base pay)

What you will do
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) groups.
- Maintain and expand business within contracted groups to increase market share.
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and build strategic relationships in targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Field Reimbursement teams to drive awareness and usage.
- Identify and train new surgeon users to expand clinical usage across all accounts.
- Utilize IDN dashboards to assess and leverage strategic physician and account targets.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device/capital sales, healthcare consulting, or physician practice development.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Proven success in driving the adoption of clinical solutions within IDNs.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to Urology or BPH treatment pathways.
- Experience presenting to Hospital Executive Leadership.
- Experience implementing office growth strategies within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate procedural data into action.
