TL;DR
Senior Account Manager: Managing 30-40 high-value accounts, selling digital manufacturing services, and driving customer retention and growth with an accent on understanding business needs and co-creating solutions. Focus on building champions across customer organizations, expanding wallet share, and leveraging full product life cycle capabilities.
Location: Hybrid role, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Maple Plain, MN. Only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugees/asylees due to ITAR regulations. No temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, etc.).
Salary: $60,600–$80,700 USD/year (base); Total Cash: $90,000–$120,000.

What you will do
- Proactively drive business reviews, customer meetings, and alignment with customer KPIs using analytics tools like SFDC and DOMO.
- Understand customer business to penetrate accounts and sell across all service lines and product life cycles.
- Identify and build relationships with key contacts (champions and coaches) at multiple levels and departments.
- Lead account growth for multiple service lines and locations, leveraging cross-functional teams.
- Manage operational results while spending less than 50% time on day-to-day operations.
- Pursue individual development and provide guidance to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally with Fortune 500 customers.
- Proven record of growing customer partnerships and internal relationships.
- Strong CRM proficiency for sales process and forecasting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with growth mindset and ability to source leads and maintain pipeline.
