What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of Public Offerings and Private Placements, including marketing documents and financial models.
• Manage marketing efforts, coordinate due diligence, analyze financing alternatives, and negotiate documentation.
• Establish client trust through project leadership, transaction structuring, and company positioning.
• Assist senior bankers in business development to identify new deal opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue targets for deal teams through relationship development.
• Manage, train, and develop Associates and Analysts to ensure high-quality production and workflow.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City.
• MBA with 3+ years of capital markets experience or an undergraduate degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong transaction history in Capital Markets (M&A experience will be considered).
• Advanced financial modeling ability and expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead transaction execution teams and interact comfortably with senior executives.
• Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred (will be required upon hiring).
