What you will do

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting across channels, products, and customers.
• Develop deep visibility into unit economics, including SKU, channel, and customer-level profitability.
• Analyze and optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spend effectiveness to inform growth strategy.
• Upgrade budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes with disciplined KPIs and dashboards.
• Translate complex financial data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
• Operate as a player-coach to develop talent and build high-performance finance capabilities.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue forecasting and performance analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience partnering directly with sales, marketing, or revenue teams.
• Must be located in Canada.

• Exposure to CPG, retail, or high-velocity product environments.
• Experience with M&A, private equity, or transaction environments.
