What you will do

• Partner with Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations to drive alignment on performance and priorities.
• Build and own assumption-driven User and portfolio loan mix models by validating inputs and pressure-testing drivers.
• Monitor performance against forecasts, diagnose root causes of variances, and deliver forward-looking insights on user trends.
• Own consolidated reporting across Top of Funnel, Conversion, Users, Volume, and Loan Mix.
• Provide decision support on strategic initiatives by evaluating trade-offs and P&L implications.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives to inform strategy and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 8+ years of experience in analytical roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or data science.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Sigma.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fintech, lending, and payments business models.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance analytical workflows.
