What you will do

• Oversee commercial financial operations, including revenue tracking, cost management, and working capital visibility.
• Support accurate and timely financial close processes in coordination with Group Finance.
• Act as the key Business Unit contact for accounting-related matters, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
• Lead and develop the Business Unit finance team across Commercial FinOps and Accounting.
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams to ensure business initiatives are effectively translated into financial outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a mix of accounting, commercial finance, and business partnering roles.
• ACCA, ICAEW, ACA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with European local GAAP (i.e. HGB Germany) including working with local auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a solid understanding of business drivers and their impact on financial performance.
• Experience operating in matrix organizations with centralized finance structures.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and align across functions.
