What you will do

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate use cases, and ensure product-market fit.
• Define product scope, strategy, and roadmap for PAM across diverse systems.
• Prioritize and drive feature development, writing clear requirements for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs, protocols, and deployment models balancing technical and UX needs.
• Execute delivery across design, engineering, QA, support, and documentation teams.
• Track trends, analyze data for improvements, and serve as PAM subject matter expert for sales and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical product management in enterprise-scale SaaS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PAM concepts like credential vaulting, session recording, just-in-time access, privileged elevation.
• Track record delivering features driving business outcomes.
• Analytical, decisive, excellent cross-functional communication.
• Passion for mission, curiosity in business and technical details.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge or experience with PAM products.
• Hands-on technical background engaging technical customers.
• Experience building connector SDKs, APIs, integrations.
• Familiarity with zero trust, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security tooling.
• Advanced degree in technical or business field.
