Salary: 107,200 - 140,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Partner with Business Unit Product Managers, clients, designers, and developers to deliver software incrementally.
- Own product vision and goals, review and contribute to product roadmap, and drive MVP delivery to budget and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end projects by managing day-to-day backlogs, stories, and features for next-generation products and platforms.
- Define stories, clarify requirements for estimates and sequencing, and prepare program increments.
- Maintain technical integrity of the product and its sub-systems; ensure quality of deliverables.
- Refine and prioritize the team backlog and accept stories as done as the empowered team member.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product team leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience as a lead in software development.
- Experience delivering on a commercial software development team with agile development teams.
- Experience as a product owner or business analyst, including defining and prioritizing product features.
- Strong understanding of B2B integrations using APIs and ability to translate business needs into technical terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decisions across roles and levels.
