What you will do

• Define long-term product vision for identity, entitlement fulfillment, and data standardization.
• Own the unified identity layer to ensure a single authoritative source of truth for users and accounts.
• Partner with billing and commerce teams to connect customer purchases with product access.
• Act as the primary platform PM liaison to product lines to ensure architectural consistency.
• Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable access models for MSP tenant hierarchies.
• Define north star metrics and lead quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, entitlement, or developer platforms.
• 5+ years of experience defining platform strategy in complex, multi-product B2B environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Experience working with modern architectures and delivering platform capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in environments shaped by mergers and acquisitions.
• Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity.
• Experience defining identity resolution or access control models across multiple products.
