Senior or Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Defining and owning offensive product areas for an AI-powered proactive security platform with an accent on attack capabilities and business risk communication. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, DC) - requires being onsite 1 day a week.
Salary: $175,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for offensive product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Define attack capabilities (e.g., CVE exploitation, lateral movement, privilege escalation) in collaboration with offensive security engineers.
- Drive consequence-first thinking to demonstrate the blast radius and business impact of every attack path.
- Partner with engineering leadership to align priorities and manage trade-offs on aggressive timelines.
- Engage directly with CISOs and SecOps practitioners to translate user pain into product decisions.
- Define and track success metrics around attack path coverage and customer adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical SaaS products.
- Deep interest in or experience with cybersecurity, offensive security, or penetration testing.
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex, technically deep features in collaboration with systems engineering teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and customer obsession.
- Clear, concise communication for translating technical concepts for business audiences.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, DC (onsite 1 day/week).
Nice to have
- Background in networking, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains.
- Familiarity with offensive security concepts: attack chains, CVEs/CWEs, OWASP Top 10.
- Experience building products specifically for technical practitioners (security engineers, IT ops).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
