Salary: $113,000 - 130,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage maintenance and certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including procedures, processes, and work instructions.
• Lead 8D Corrective Action Reports, non-conformance investigations, and implementation of corrective measures.
• Oversee KPI reporting, trend analysis, process improvement strategies, and internal/external audits.
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to operations team on quality practices.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to improve productivity in quality, cost, performance, and maintenance.
• Handle risk assessments, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 5S, FOD prevention, Kaizen, and compliance with UL/CSA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field + 5+ years related experience in quality management
• Management experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance standards, ISO 9001, regulatory requirements (UL, CSA)
