Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada – 100% in-office presence required, no remote work
Salary: $113,000 - 130,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage maintenance and certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including procedures, processes, and work instructions.
- Lead 8D Corrective Action Reports, non-conformance investigations, and implementation of corrective measures.
- Oversee KPI reporting, trend analysis, process improvement strategies, and internal/external audits.
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to operations team on quality practices.
- Collaborate with departments and vendors to improve productivity in quality, cost, performance, and maintenance.
- Handle risk assessments, PFMEA, Six Sigma, 5S, FOD prevention, Kaizen, and compliance with UL/CSA standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field + 5+ years related experience in quality management
- Management experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organizational skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards, ISO 9001, regulatory requirements (UL, CSA)
