Location: Onsite in a steel manufacturing mill (Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada)
Salary: $69,000.00 – $129,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Manage cataloguing, updating, and sharing of technical maintenance documentation.
- Set procedures and standards by identifying best practices and defining key maintenance variables.
- Improve asset availability, reliability, and cost through specification, procurement, installation, and life cycle definition.
- Propose and optimize maintenance strategies based on criticality analysis, preventive activities, and spare parts levels.
- Conduct audits of preventive and corrective activities to improve work quality.
- Reduce maintenance workload by implementing projects and evaluating task lists.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance Reliability role.
- Minimum 5 years experience in steel manufacturing or similar environment.
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment safety procedures.
- Work performed in steel manufacturing mill with 8hr days, flexibility, and on-call rotation.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with SAP.
- Previous experience with Project Management.
