What you will do

• Implement and optimize MaintainX as a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance platform.
• Build and maintain accurate asset hierarchies, maintenance schedules, and job plans within the CMMS.
• Drive PM compliance and monitor KPIs such as uptime, MTBF, and maintenance completion rates.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and solve equipment reliability issues.
• Establish and manage spare parts planning and inventory strategies to minimize downtime risk.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Solid understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance best practices.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Surrey, B.C.

• Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, particularly MaintainX.
