Salary: $61,000 – $83,000

What you will do

• Draft responses for security questionnaires using templates and a centralized answer repository.
• Maintain and update the centralized repository of security and privacy answers.
• Support compliance operations, including updating records of processing activities, data maps, and policy documentation.
• Gather evidence and organize documentation for security certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Coordinate with Security Engineering to collect technical inputs for questionnaire responses.
• Assist the Legal team with DPA-related tasks, logging requests, and organizing executed agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (internships and co-ops included).
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and comfort learning new software tools quickly.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or CCPA.
• Privacy or security certifications in progress (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM).
• Experience with tools like Vanta, Drata, OneTrust, or Whistic.
• Experience working in a SaaS, AI, or legal technology company.
