What you will do

• Lead the US Ethics Program, managing the ethics helpline and conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
• Oversee US privacy compliance by interpreting laws such as CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR to implement operational policies.
• Manage end-to-end data incidents and breach handling, coordinating forensics and regulator notifications.
• Perform AI compliance triage to identify regulatory risks and align automated tools with governance frameworks.
• Direct the Privacy Champions network through training, quarterly meetings, and cross-site alignment.
• Provide regular findings and remediation updates to senior leadership to drive program improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, or privacy.
• Significant experience in an in-house corporate environment, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven expertise in managing workplace investigations, including intake, witness interviews, and root cause analysis.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Chandler, AZ.
