Salary: $145K – $165K + Equity & Commission

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational stakeholders.
- Lead joint success planning to align customer business goals with solution capabilities.
- Execute executive business reviews (EBRs) and model governance sessions to demonstrate ROI and alignment.
- Own the holistic view of account health, identifying risks early to mitigate churn.
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to orchestrate adoption and expansion strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and translate customer feedback into product innovation and roadmap direction.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.
- Proven experience as a Senior CSM or Account Manager handling high-value enterprise portfolios.
- Ability to lead complex customer programs and drive executive-level engagement.
- Experience in data-driven reporting, ROI analysis, and churn mitigation strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work between Sales, Solutions, and Product teams.
