TL;DR

Salary: $145K – $165K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and operational stakeholders.
  • Lead joint success planning to align customer business goals with solution capabilities.
  • Execute executive business reviews (EBRs) and model governance sessions to demonstrate ROI and alignment.
  • Own the holistic view of account health, identifying risks early to mitigate churn.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to orchestrate adoption and expansion strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and translate customer feedback into product innovation and roadmap direction.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.
  • Proven experience as a Senior CSM or Account Manager handling high-value enterprise portfolios.
  • Ability to lead complex customer programs and drive executive-level engagement.
  • Experience in data-driven reporting, ROI analysis, and churn mitigation strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work between Sales, Solutions, and Product teams.
