What you will do

• Lead the Bank Relationships function, covering customer success, sales, and implementations.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with bank customers to understand and communicate their needs.
• Champion bank customer success internally and provide expertise to Go-to-Market, Product, and other teams.
• Contribute to new product development tailored for banks and evangelize the hirify.global platform through training and assets.
• Attend industry events, deliver thought leadership, and provide reporting to customers and teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in banking or fintech, focused on embedded finance, sponsor banking, relationship management, or program management.
• Track record of building external relationships with banks or partners.
• Experience translating between banking, product, and business stakeholders in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of banking, fintech, embedded finance, payments, and/or lending.
• Comfort working with product and engineering on enhancements.
• Collaborative, with ability to explain complex issues clearly.

• Experience with compliance, risk management, and banking/customer protection laws.
