What you will do
- Act as the primary trusted advisor for 5-10 strategic enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
- Lead large-scale implementations and optimizations of the Trust Management Platform across complex organizational structures.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and execute land-and-expand motions.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align platform capabilities with customer ROI and business outcomes.
- Synthesize feedback from strategic customers to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management for a SaaS company.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise customers with 10,000+ employees.
- Expertise in land-and-expand motions and collaborative growth strategies with sales teams.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
