Salary: $194,000 – $228,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for 5-10 strategic enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
  • Lead large-scale implementations and optimizations of the Trust Management Platform across complex organizational structures.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CISOs and CIOs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and execute land-and-expand motions.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align platform capabilities with customer ROI and business outcomes.
  • Synthesize feedback from strategic customers to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management for a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise customers with 10,000+ employees.
  • Expertise in land-and-expand motions and collaborative growth strategies with sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills for coordinating complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
