TL;DR
People Partner (GTM): Supporting the Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Customer, and Marketing) through talent strategy, organizational design, and performance management with an accent on translating business objectives into scalable people strategies. Focus on coaching leadership, managing complex employee relations, and driving workforce planning for high-performing teams.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders on talent planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, feedback, and performance calibration.
- Manage complex employee relations ensuring legal compliance in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
- Oversee workforce planning, including headcount, role design, and career pathing.
- Collaborate with Recruiting to shape hiring strategies and onboarding readiness.
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting and promotion discussions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
- Experience supporting Sales and Customer-facing teams.
- Strong background in coaching leaders on performance and team dynamics.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance (e.g., FLSA, contractor classifications).
- Ability to use people and performance data to drive actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
