Salary: $161,000 - $197,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary People Business Partner for the Technology organization, acting as a go-to advisor for all people-related matters.
- Drive performance and accountability by aligning people strategies with business OKRs.
- Coach managers at all levels, serving as an executive sounding board and problem-solver.
- Lead organizational design, talent planning, career pathing, and headcount management.
- Manage employee relations, fair performance processes, and change management communications.
- Design and run evergreen programs to improve feedback, learning, and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HRBP/People Business Partner experience.
- Atypical professional background (e.g., former Chief of Staff or Consultant) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in driving accountability, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong business and analytical acumen with a systems-thinking approach to data.
- Ability to adapt communication styles for stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.
- Must be based in San Francisco and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
