Salary: $115,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Technology Infrastructure & Operations strategy and cloud infrastructure roadmap in alignment with broader digital goals.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise technology operations across networks, platforms, and information services.
• Manage the infrastructure budget (>$10MM annually), applying FinOps practices for cost optimization and financial discipline.
• Own the operational lifecycle, security, and configuration of Microsoft 365 services and employee endpoints.
• Oversee the operational deployment and scaling of AI-enabled tools and services.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for the infrastructure and operations team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, or platform services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including 3+ years leading other managers.
• Current residence and legal work authorization in Canada are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience overseeing Azure cloud infrastructure and SaaS-based operating models.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree such as an MBA or Master's in Information Systems.
• Professional certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
• Experience with CMS, HRIS, and CRM platforms.
