Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and operate the internal platform as a product, focusing on reducing friction and increasing autonomy for developers (DevEx).
• Architect and manage high-availability cloud environments in Azure and AWS, including disaster recovery strategies.
• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines through DevSecOps practices, including SAST, DAST, and secrets management.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering to meet SLOs/SLAs and support incident response.
• Leverage AI/ML for operational insights, cost optimization, and increasing overall engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert certifications.
• AWS Certifications or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost governance.
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
