What you will do

• Build and maintain enduring client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Drive product adoption by educating clients on compliance requirements and software features.
• Conduct regular account audits and quarterly check-in meetings to demonstrate long-term value.
• Facilitate the customer onboarding process and provide tailored in-person training.
• Monitor account usage to identify vulnerabilities and encourage the adoption of security solutions.
• Travel up to 20% to engage directly with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 3 years of customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Reside within the Continental United States (excluding CA, HI, AK).
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
