Location: Onsite in Menlo Park, CA (attendance expected 5 days per week)

Salary: $191,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Brokerage Products & Customer Care to translate vision into actionable plans and operating rhythms.
• Design and manage the organization's business rhythm, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual planning.
• Drive complex, large-scale product initiatives from concept to execution, providing feedback on design and narrative.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Recruiting to oversee headcount planning, resource allocation, and talent development.
• Manage high-priority, ambiguous projects on behalf of the VP as a tactical decision-maker and problem-solver.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, management consulting, or a chief of staff role.
• Background in fast-growing fintech, financial services, or technology environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence executive leaders.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear strategy and execution plans.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
