Small Business Account Manager (AEC)

What you will do

• Become an expert in hirify.global’s technical workings and practical business applications.
• Manage a customer portfolio to ensure success, protect revenue streams, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Guide new customers through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of the service.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategies to optimize return for customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Advocacy and other internal departments to meet customer expectations.
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to communicate customer needs for future enhancements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing and improving relationships with strategic accounts.
• Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering (AEC) field.
• Proven ability to understand specific customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, listening, and phone interaction.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
