What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of key auto dealership service centers focusing on adoption, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with Fixed Ops leaders and align hirify.global to their operational needs.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
  • Set goals with dealership leadership and deliver data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers on growth strategies and on-site engagement.
  • Track account activity in CRM and provide feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of field sales or account management experience, ideally in automotive dealerships or Fixed Ops.
  • Proven ability to coach teams and implement processes for technology solutions.
  • Strong business and financial analysis skills for data-driven action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management; willingness to travel extensively
