Location: Hybrid: Must work from the Boston office 2 days per week

What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding to align stakeholders on goals and ensure fast time-to-value.
- Run structured, outcome-led conversations to demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI.
- Manage end-to-end renewals proactively to mitigate risk.
- Identify and execute growth and expansion opportunities based on business outcomes.
- Handle pricing, contracting, and commercial negotiations in both French and English.
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in managing an existing book of business (Account Management).
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, and negotiation.
- Ability to influence and align multiple senior stakeholders.
- Operational rigour, discipline, and strong follow-through.
- Language: Proficiency in both French and English for commercial negotiations
