What you will do

• Act as the primary technology owner for Kyriba and the broader treasury application ecosystem.
• Lead the integration of Kyriba with SAP S/4HANA, banking networks, and payment platforms.
• Drive the full SDLC for treasury transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
• Manage global banking connectivity, including SWIFT, host-to-host, and API-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and audit teams to ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Identify and implement AI, analytics, and automation opportunities to enhance treasury operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience implementing or supporting Treasury Management Systems, with significant expertise in Kyriba.
• Strong knowledge of treasury processes: cash management, liquidity planning, FX, and treasury accounting.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application delivery and operational support activities.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Warsaw office (Hybrid).

• Experience integrating Kyriba with SAP S/4HANA.
• Professional experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Treasury, finance, or technology professional certifications.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation solutions within finance functions.
