What you will do

  • Lead the growth of existing podcasts and audio-visual titles across YouTube, RSS, and social media to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Shape off-platform content distribution by building strategic relationships with labels, talent teams, and platforms.
  • Commission and develop new native formats focusing on visual storytelling and under-24 audiences.
  • Utilize performance data and audience insights to guide the evolution of formats and brands.
  • Manage and support a team delivering key off-platform music titles, setting direction and prioritizing work.

Requirements

  • Experience managing content, campaigns, or partnerships across social, video, or audio channels.
  • Deep understanding of how to reach and grow under-24 audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube and social channel algorithms, discovery drivers, and consumption patterns.
  • Proven ability to use data and insight to shape decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with external partners such as music labels and talent.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Background in video, visual content, or platform-first formats.
  • Experience with commercial content, partnerships, or revenue-generating media.
  • Knowledge of the music industry and artist marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating across editorial, social, and marketing teams.
