What you will do
- Own and drive the end-to-end subscriber growth strategy, setting KPIs for acquisition, retention, and LTV.
- Manage the P&L for subscriber growth, including discount modeling and break-even scenarios.
- Direct digital marketing channel teams (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates) to align with growth goals.
- Oversee the CRM strategy to optimize onboarding, retention, and win-back lifecycle flows.
- Develop customer data capabilities and brand partnership propositions to monetize insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in subscription, DTC, or growth-focused roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L and margin analysis.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM strategy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Data-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to building strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with subscription platform technology and microservice architecture.
- Knowledge of affiliate networks and closed user group (CUG) programs.
