What you will do

• Manage SaaS Financial Guidance & Advice governance via the House Rules Forum.
• Ensure all artifacts and deliverables are in place at each delivery stage gate and facilitate approvals.
• Coordinate with Compliance Managers to ensure timely input into copy and content during build.
• Deliver tenant-facing Financial Guidance & Advice documentation and configuration guides.
• Monitor outcome data, error reporting, and diagnostics for live products.
• Oversee the Tax Year End and external parameter change processes.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in the UK and possess full rights to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Relevant qualifications, such as Diploma Qualified (QCF level 4).
• Proven experience in the oversight, governance, or supervision of regulated financial guidance and/or advice.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

• Experience in the delivery or operation of regulated financial guidance and advice.
• Experience in the oversight or supervision of digital SaaS services.
• Qualifications or experience in Project Management or Agile Development.
