What you will do
- Design and launch AI-driven lifecycle journeys with minimal engineering support.
- Architect and optimize CRM programs across the full customer lifecycle.
- Integrate APIs, tools, and data pipelines to deliver personalized user experiences.
- Run structured experiments to improve retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with growth, data, and engineering leadership to shape growth strategy.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and ship technical products independently.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud tools, and other platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience running and measuring experiments.
- Background in product, data, or hands-on technical environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
