What you will do

• Own and lead the evolution of CRM and marketing automation platforms across international business units using Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Platform.
• Drive platform adoption, enablement, and capability uplift for marketing and operational teams.
• Own platform roadmap, prioritisation, and governance across international business units and venues.
• Define scalable frameworks for markets to execute and optimise campaigns.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to optimise data flows, integration patterns, and audience architecture.
• Leverage audience data and insights to inform platform evolution and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, evolving, or transforming CRM platforms for marketing and operational use cases.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise CRM/mar tech platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation architecture, and CDP/data platforms.
• Experience owning platform roadmap, prioritisation, and governance in multi-market environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with data, engineering, business teams, and manage technical partners/agencies.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
