What you will do
- Manage end-to-end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution and performance tracking.
- Execute regional merchandising strategies in partnership with US and international regional peers.
- Contribute to product ideation and develop business cases for new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver successful product launches.
- Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and implement actions to improve results.
- Develop site merchandising strategy and optimize the customer journey and PDP roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear categories.
- Must be based in London, Spain, or Germany with a 4-day per week in-office requirement.
- Experience in E-commerce and/or DTC models, preferably with both startup and blue-chip brands.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools to inform trading decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in both executional and strategic support roles.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
