Salary: $28,200 — $71,400 USD

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation.
- Manage employment packages and verification for new hires across the globe.
- Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost onboarding efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
- Support operational excellence through reporting, audits, and data integrity projects.
Requirements
- Strong background in operational roles, specifically within people operations and legal contracting.
- Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding HR documents.
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously within an international team.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
