Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and expectations.
  • Drive platform adoption and engagement through user training and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Analyze program performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve client challenges and inform the product roadmap.
  • Drive increases in key metrics including MAUs, NPS, CSAT, and ARR.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within an Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience working within the Life Sciences domain; Medical Affairs or Clinical experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in project management for high-priority accounts.
