What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and expectations.
- Drive platform adoption and engagement through user training and proactive outreach.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve client challenges and inform the product roadmap.
- Drive increases in key metrics including MAUs, NPS, CSAT, and ARR.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within an Enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience working within the Life Sciences domain; Medical Affairs or Clinical experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in project management for high-priority accounts.
